About the author : The Monarch Enterprise

From Douglasville, Georgia. (snubnose)Frankenstein, real name Shakir Givens, has perfected the art of suspense. Givens came to our attention in 2011 when he released “Rappin’ Ass Nigga” in 2011.
Since then we have been patiently awaiting another full length release from Frank. He still has yet to give us a date on the release but he has been generous enough to bless the web with some hot shit in the past few months to hold everyone over (not to mention his insane credit list as a producer). Including the Amazing Stories pt.1 mixtape by the Lousy Human Bastards, a 4 part hip-hop collective that Snubnose is a member of.

Shakir’s latest solo release, Ironlung, which was produced by himself, is a reflection of the amount of work Frankenstein has been doing while flying under the radar. A perfect blend of synth and hard hitting gritty bass, Snubnose delivers his signature dark toned flow and witty lyrics flawlessly. Hopefully Snubnose delivers more bangers like this with his next full length solo release.

But until then, Snubnose’s catchy hooks and effortless flow on the LHB tracks will hold us over.
